Hailing from his hometown Rome, Chef Fabio’s culinary journey has taken him from the heart of Europe to the vibrant landscapes of Tuscany, and the vibes of London, Malta, the exotic allure of the Middle East, in Dubai and Doha and the enchanting flavors of Asia. With almost a decade within Marriott branded hotels, including esteemed roles at Westin Doha, Sheraton Dubai, and Le Meridien Suvarnabhumi Bangkok, Chef Fabio brings a global perspective and a wealth of experience to the Pre-opening Marriott Khao Lak kitchen.

Chef Fabio’s passion for cooking ignited during his youth in Rome where he spent his early years on the Tuscany border. His first inspiration came from his grandmother, who introduced him to the joys of fresh, home-cooked meals. Accompanying her to local fresh markets and witnessing her dedication to crafting delicious dishes from scratch.
